AGA started collaboration by providing services to BH Airport, a concessionaire company that manages the modernization works of Terminal 1 and the construction of Terminal 2 of the Belo Horizonte International Airport in Confins, Minas Gerais. The authorship of the Terminal 2 project is from the São Paulo office Bacco Arquitetura. Bacco’s architects team up with the architects and engineers of BH Airport in the executive project, and AGA, in turn, will join that team as a collaborator in the execution of the drawings. The construction company responsible for the work is Racional Engenharia.
Without doubt, it will be a period of great learning. The architectural typology of an airport by itself already provides great technical challenges and a high knowledge of functional, structural, constructive and aesthetic solutions. The works at Confins Airport represent a milestone for the company.
