The so-called architecture of spectacle is frequently related to a design method oriented to the product, the finished building, the operation way that was born in Renaissance, with the separation of design, building and use. On other way, the design oriented to the process, based on interfaces production, to open buildings with spaces that can be transformed by work and by experience, searching the users’ autonomy, is frequently related to informal settlements that enables more easily the autonomous action, not as option, but as necessity. In this paper the approach is focused on possibility of introducing the concepts of virtuality in the architecture of spectacle in a more ranged way. The research is developed through study cases that indicates advances on production of open structures, open organizations, interfaces that enables autonomy, walking towards a virtual architecture. For this, a more specific approach was made on house’s virtuality and on digital’s virtuality, analyzing projects of some famous architects, like Sou Fujimoto and Kas Oosterhuis.
