ARCOweb website highlights that the projects propose a new São Paulo. There were 10 winning works among 55 competitors. Each winner received 3,500 dollars.
According to the notes of competition, all selected works complement each other in their multiple approaches and thematic approaches. “[The set of projects] also provide subsidies for updating the zoning of São Paulo, in the sense of making it an instrument that favors the construction of qualified urban spaces that privilege and serve the collective interest”, states the document.
