Arena Celeste, a Cruzeiro Stadium’s project presented as Final Graduation Work of the Architecture and Urbanism course from UNI-BH Belo Horizonte University Center, scored 100 in the final evaluation and was indicated to Opera Prima Prize, a national competition that chooses the best graduate work in the country.
The multifunctional stadium has capacity to 60,000 people, incorporates modern concepts of environmental and economic sustainability, and complies with FIFA’s recommendations for World Cup stadiums.
